Its 4am EST and I have been contacted by Tumblr. I just filled out a counter claim and was informed that they have 10 days to take legal action (not 3 weeks like they say on youtube).If they do not, and they continue and I notify Tumblr again of their abuse they will be permanently IP BANNED.

Kiki, you will realize very soon upon checking your email that YES I am serious. You have my personal information, but are you going to do with it? You have 2 options:

Retaliate unprofessionally? That is illegal and if you do any thing vicious with that information, guess what? You will be tasting your first non vegan prison meal very soon. 

Actually take us to court? Well you’re going to have to come all the way here to New York City just for them to tell you that you don’t own anything and that YOU are infringing on MY freedoms. “OHMYGOD BUT THEY’RE STALKING ME. LIBEL”. That is not going to help you in the court room.My lawyer has told me that my blog is not more illegal then perez hiltons. Our posts have caused no financial damage to you and we have not posted any information like your address. There is literally, NOTHING you can do to us.They wil literally tell you to deal with it. 

That being said, here is what you have to lose coming to New York:

• Losing money via fines
• Being IP banned from tumblr permanently
• Ultimate embarrassment by us publishing our documents proving you guys don’t have shit.

Thats a lot to lose isn’t it? I told you guys 2 days ago not to test me, and now you guys pushed me into a corner, said I was a liar and forced me to be the bad guy. If you really want it, there you go - your crazy train will be in the hands of REAL  professionals. 

Now why did I take this route, besides organizing proceedings myself?Because if I do,the consequences of Kikis actions will be more severe,and its obvious to me she was not the one pushing me the other night. I don’t want to punish her for having a selfish, ignorant mother who doesn’t care and refuses to believe the seriousness of the situation - reacting to it like a teenager.This is not a cat fight Cathy. This isn’t about you family honor. This is about Legal threats. This is real. None of the botched up arguments you make on the internet will help you,

Also, because its obviously less time consuming for me. However Cathy, I hope you have learned that my claims (because you probably will recognize my last name) are legitimate. I do have a fantastic lawyer, and I have money to throw at this case for 5 years all while financing a baby, college, mortgage, and vacations to japan whenever the fuck I want without a care in the world. Don’t try and take advantage of my laziness though, if this continues it will lead to me FORCING you to take action and appear via subpoena. I figured this option will at least allow you two to reconsider and change your behavior. Teach you a lesson with no harm done to your family, becauseI assure you even though I run this “hate” blog I would never wish any hard times on your family and would never bring it about unless I felt there was no other option and it was completely necessary.

I hope both of you considers the seriousness of this situation. This is not a prank. This is not me trolling. I can email you proof of who I am. Before you make it any worse for Kiki, and lose your privileges of accessing Tumblr - stop this shit. The other blogs have sent me screen shots of all the false claims you have sent them. If you choose to take this to court I am more then prepared for it. 

To avoid any more trouble Cathy… just remember this saying” Don’t hunt what you can’t kill”.Even if you did have a valid case against me - you’ll never win. I win everything. If I were you, I would run away from this, and pretend this never happened.
